    Their tow truck while coming out of *********** on April 28th damaged my car! Parts were flying off of their car they were hauling and flew all over my car damaging my hood fender and bumper cover. I emailed them photos of parts on the highway and even a piece that is lodged between my headlamp and bumper cover! I went straight to the sheriff and he got all of their information for me from the business they picked up from and I called them many times and even emailed them. They won't even return my call. And they know their truck was here and they were given the sheriff's number to call and they didn't even do that! I have given them every opportunity to remedy this situation!

    While we understand your complaint and belief that your vehicle was damaged by our tow truck, there is no evidence to support that claim.  You claim to have been riding behind our tow truck and that large pieces of the vehicle being towed started flying off into your vehicle. You were unable to provide us any information about the tow truck as far as what it looked like or what color it was.  The only information you could provide was that the vehicle being towed was white.  We made calls to all of our drivers that were towing in that area. The only truck that was towing a white vehicle was inspected and the vehicles being towed were inspected as well. The white vehicle that was being towed on the wheel lift of the tow truck did not have any parts missing from it, let alone any large pieces.  There were no large pieces missing from the vehicle that was on the bed of the truck either. That vehicle had no damage to it as it was not wrecked.  It simply had water damage to it. The large pieces that hit your vehicle had to have been debris that was left behind in the road from a previous incident and simply was not removed from the roadway.  We understand vehicles are expensive and would have no problem taking care of the situation if it was our fault.  However, there is no evidence to support the claim that our truck did the damage you speak of.
