    There are not enough stars to rank Big Woody Tree Service ! At our home , we had a large dead oak tree on our property line next to a wooded lot. A local (so called custom home builder builder) cleared the wooded lot, but did not contact us about the large dead tree next to it. A perfect time to drop a dead tree is on an open cleared lot .Being the builder he is, we were never asked about cutting and dropping this troubled tree. The builder just immediately started building the home. As the home is reached completion, the builder had his lawyer send a threatening letter about our tree to our home. (Very neighborly builder ). NOT! My wife and I reached out to R***** at Big Woody. He was prompt and on time at our home to give us a quote on the tree removal . The tree was now very close to the new home that was built . Concerned and caring about our situation with a local unliked builder , R***** understood our predicament . After approving R******* quote, R***** quickly moved our cutting appointment as ( Priority) because of our situation. The crew from Big Woody were all top notch, very much in sink with each other during this concerning tree removal. Everything went uneventful, the crew all worked together and got the job done. Our concerns with hiring the right tree company were no more, this was a #1 pick for sure. We can not say enough with this review. Thank you R***** & the crew at Big Woody !

    I’m really frustrated with this company.. their office is holding a check and not depositing it in their bank.. it’s for a large amount.. our bank is set up to automatically subtract transactions from our account. This makes it difficult and we have to keep any eye out on our account. This company has been holding out check since 3/14/24and I was told holding it until she gets enough to deposit. That to me is bad business and I am so mad at the woman in the office.. Don’t give these people a check because they won’t deposit it right away.. this is not about the job they did.. it’s there office manager??????

    I apologize for any confusion and misunderstanding on the check not being deposited quick enough. We make 2 deposits each week and sometimes more. I received this particular check on the Thursday before Good Friday and banks were closed. I did deposit check on the following Tuesday after I received the said check. I hope you will accept our apology.
