    was supposed to redo my kitchen paid him ****** and he walked off job did not finish..left a mess ..could not contact him avoided my calls..poceted my money I told him specific things like kind of sink, faucet, pulls, etc...he put in his cheap stuff and exspected me to take it..when I told him I wanted what I paid for he walked off the job...he also was suppose to do work for a homeowners insurance claim after water covered my floor...he offered to do repair instead of hiring another person he pocketed that too the floors were never put in seems like insuranse fraud to me I am disabled....guess he thought I was an easy target....he took my life's savings...I live on a disability check how can people do this

    **************** complaint is absurdly false and the figures mentioned are way off actual figures. *************** paid for the work that was completed, was left with a balance unpaid, has lied under oath and filed a lawsuit against me in which I currently cannot speak on as advised by my attorney. What I will say is the figures she has given to the BBB DO NOT match the figures in her lawsuit, e-mails, or correspondence to me. I left *************** job after realizing this customer was playing victim getting me to do free work out of the kindness of my heart. She HAS NOT AND DID NOT pay me $18,000. I left her job with her having a remaining balance when I realized I was being taken advantage of. Her claim in her lawsuit is that I showed up for 3 days and left the job with her money which is again, absurdly FALSE. I will have to sort and prove these details in court with *************** as I will not stand for this defamation and slander against me. I dont think she realizes the repercussions of the comments and statements she is and has made against me and I intend on sorting these things out through litigation.
