            date was 2/24/2022 we took my sons truck to tire motive for a noise the truck was making. They told us that it was the shaft, steering column intermediate and charge was ****** and shp supplies was ****, that was the part description. the labor description was STEERING COLUMN FLEX COUPLING FOR 1.10 hours for ****** dollars. We were told the drove the truck and noise was not as bad. So we paid in full ****** total for the fix, driving truck noise kept getting louder and louder. We took the ********* to ******* and they said would call for a price to fix the truck and instead we got a call that the front axle was completely broke in half and how lucky we were not to have been in an accident. I called tire motive and told them what actually was wrong with truck and how the mechanic could miss that and he said all i can say is sorry. We are wanting the total we paid for this back no questions asked for a huge mistake on the mechanics end. it was very unsafe driving this vehicle that the mechanic missed a broken axle. And all they can say is "sorry" very ***** business. Thank You

            My Father went to them for years. They ******************************** never put**** anything back together right or breaking stuff and leaving it. Same experience for me. Took my truck in to get my passenger side window to work. Well they got the window working but tore up all my driverside window buttons so they were just hanging there. My wifes car gave out and they took her in right away. Cool right? Wrong. They changed her altenator and within 1 day it gave out leaving her stranded worse than the first time. Well they fixed it again "free of charge" if your time and saftey mean nothing that is. Fast forward to today. Having a pregnant girl and her boyfriend stay with us so they can be close to the hospital. Their altenator gave out and they took it to Tire Motive with my disapproval but it was the only place close and willing to "work" on it. Had it towed there and they "fixed" it. THE VERY NEXT DAY their altenator is giving out while they were going to the DR. Can you imagine if her water broke and had to rely on thier car to get them there? Anyways they took it back and Tire Motive says they will not replace the faulty altenator even though all of the electrical stuff on the car is dragging like windsheild wipers, dim interior lights ect ect ect. This place ********************************** not be opera**** as any sort of vehicle repair shop. More like a chop shop. I don't care if it is the closest place to us we WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN. They knowingly left a pregnant couple stranded. It is -8 degrees out today. She is due any time so i'm staying home from my work $$$ until we get their vehicle to ANOTHER shop. Once again DO NOT GO TO TIRE MOTIVE FOR ANTHING CAR OR TIRE RELATED. Just plain bad business, completely untrustworthy and overall UNSAFE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
