I bought a used washer from Doc’s used appliances on 08-28-23. They gave us a in store warranty that included a 1yr parts/labor or exchange. We paid $210. The machine began having issues early on and they worsened. We called on 09/19/2023 and they came and picked it up. It was supposed to be delivered that afternoon. We paid $100. They did not deliver anything on Tuesday. We called Wednesday and they said the machine had no issues and they would bring it back up. They ran a some loads and said it was good. I called and explained that it would work on and off and get stuck at different times or washes. They said they would do an exchange and have it Thursday. Then nothing happened. And then we called Friday (today) and they said that someone should have called. They said they would call us back and didn’t. So we called Friday (today), and they said they would let us know. We drove up to talk to them in person since they stopped answering our phone calls and they were closed. Throughout the whole week, they have been passing us around between the Owner and whoever is repairing it. They have given us false solutions and avoided answering our calls. Now we have no dishwasher and we are out $310. We have a newborn baby and need to be able to do laundry.
