      My complaint against Pat Riley is as follows: Mr. Riley shared with me that he would use oil based materials but later said he didn’t use oil based material. I tried to get in contact with Mr. Riley but didn’t get a response and this has been going on for two years. I texted Mr. Riley on 10/4/2024 about re-doing my driveway and I haven’t heard back from him yet. Mr. Riley didn’t honor the two year warranty on the contract, this has gotten out of hand and I paid Mr. Riley 1000 dollars and my driveway looks bad and Mr. Riley even that himself.

      DATE: SEPTEMBER 2024 PAID: $3,000 John Gorman assured he was a person of his word & kissed his cross necklace and assured us to paint our barn, he would complete the job to our satisfaction. The paint job showed alot of rust still showing, assured us he would take care of the holes in roof; alot of mold is still showing on the shadow side of the roof as well as the side painting of the barn would be gray painted. John Gorman has not returned to finish the job, said he was in ** finishing up jobs and assured us he and his crew would be back to complete the job. To date, 11/15/24 John has not been back. John needs to finish the job or refund our money.

      On ***** ** 2024 I had Jim Sherlock stop at my house and said they was going to do a job and something happened they canceled it and they had all the material do do the paving job at a low price 4,600.00 . I thought I was getting a good deal how I know I was scam they came in and done a very bad job I talk to Jim and said how bad its was he said they would redo it . I called several times always a excuse so I ask for my money back now when I call he hang up.

      Hughie S******* sealcaoting employees knocked on my door unsolicited. They offered to coat my asphalt driveway with materials in their truck. It was 40 degrees that day, and had rained the day before. I questioned wheter you shoud do such work in such weather conditions and was told it was fine and would dry in hours. The next day all I saw were blotches on my driveway. It destroyed the look of my property. I was wrongfully charged $2,000 for work not done/improperly done. I later called the sheriff's departmet to report the issue. I have never had anyone return to look at the mess and property devaluation they caused.

      *****/2023 Mr.David came to our home asked about doing driveway.Spoke with wife,we agreed,called Mr.David back ,he came and did driveway, we paid him ,Mr.David gave us a warranty on work .We noticed issue after product dried,call him back ,he came back sprayed area of concern.Called him back ****** *****/2023 he said he would return Saturday *****/2023 to redo .Called Mr.David all day Saturday and never returned calls. Will attempt Monday *****/2023 to get corrected look like black paint sprayed instead of asphalt(tar)

      I Hired this company to repair the parking lot with paving and sealing. ************. He was hired by me to repair Church parking lot at ******************************************. The repair looks awful, incomplete and is uneven with holes and grass coming back up through the pavement. He was paid $9000.00. I have tried to contact him twice to address this and they have not honored our request to look at it and make any additional repair. Looking for a refund at this point. It looks like he did not pave, rather spray painted the existing pavement.
