The Myrtle Beach Golf Desk did not provide the requested accommodations. I overpaid for what was provided. I set-up a golf trip with *************************** ************** cell or ************. The accommodations were expected to be two golf cottages and we received two villas. The villas were in poor condition, unclean, missing cable TV, did not have promised 4 bathrooms and four queen size beds. In 2022, we booked with them and had a good experience and asked them to reserve the same two cottages, they did not. The Golf Desk did not ensure that their contracted accommodations in 2023 were the same as previously booked. The cost was $2000 more in 2023. What makes this difficult is that each of the seven players payed separately. I've been in contact with *************************** (owner) he first said he was willing to go to bat for **, now I feel he is ghosting **. We were taken advantage of, promised one thing and got another. Each of the seven players should be compensated appropriately for the inconvenience. I believe the fair thing to do is for Golf Desk to absorb the cost of the two villas and refund each of the seven players accordingly.
