    DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT BOOK ROOM #*** Seaside Serenity Oceanview Suite !!! This Condo unit (#*** at the ****************************, ************) is privately owned and rented out by Coastal Properties/Gosia and I stayed here for 4 nights in Mid-July of 2025. The absolute only plus is that the view from the Condo is great. I stayed on the 6th floor and they get 1 point for this. Now to all the negatives from me and my familys first-hand experience:- the Pet policy AND FEES are not explicitly outlined in their listing. I was not notified of these fees until after my booking via the 3rd party site.- Their listing stated that there was a washer included in the suite and it was booked heavily based on this reason, only to find out that this was untrue. They admitted that their listing "needs to be updated to reflect this."- The floors were filthy. No one was comfortable even walking barefoot throughout the home. Many many, things are in disrepair and cooking utensils sit dirty in the drawers.- The pillows had stains which looked like blood, the curtains had mold in many places, and the visible dirt and grime did not convey a very well taken care of property as their listing stated.- A magazine of bullets was also found in the cabinet above the refrigerator.I emailed Coastal Properties about all these issues during our stay and the only resolution that they offered was an apology and to have someone come re-clean and review the other items mentioned in my complaint. In my opinion, this was unacceptable and inadequate for a guest that is unsatisfied with their stay! All items mentioned should have been taken care of before check-in and much more should have been done to make up for our dissatisfaction. Im disgusted with Coastal Properties and the way they treat paying guests. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!This condo was booked under false advertising and I expressed dissatisfaction of the accommodations during my stay and nothing was done to remedy.
