      I am filing this complaint to express my extreme concern about the mass towing at *******************, ordered by your agent Ms. ***** The lack of professionalism, transparency, and due process is unacceptable. As a property owner of four years, Ive seen the overflow area consistently used for trailers and older vehiclesa precedent allowed by Ally Management.While the removal of abandoned vehicles may be warranted, the execution of this tow was deeply flawed. Strand Towing confirmed that when Ms. **** requested towing on April 7, 2025, no current contract was in place and she was not an authorized agent. Despite this, and while a new contract was being drafted, she proceeded without notifying owners. She had multiple days to communicate but chose not ****** Mabe falsely told Strand Towing that multiple communications had been sent, yet no such communication was received by me or documented. I formally request all proof of these alleged notices.She selectively contacted only individuals she knew personally, including my tenants in 302Dwho she uses for personal pool service. She called them and advised them to move their trailer. Meanwhile, I had a clearly labeled, laminated parking pass on my trailer with contact info, yet was never contacted. This bias is unacceptable. Further, a white enclosed trailer was left untouched and remains in overflow today. Strand Towing confirmed it was spared at Ms. ***** requestshowing favoritism.I had just purchased my boat on April 6, placed it temporarily in overflow with a visible parking pass, and returned April 11 to find it towed and the cover damaged. Had I received any notice, I would have promptly moved it.I am requesting:Reimbursement for the tow: $275.98 Compensation for damaged boat cover: $106.92 A formal apology from ************* incident reflects a serious failure in management and an abuse of authority. I contacted Ally in attempt to resolve this request and was denied therefore I must escalate.

      I pay an HOA fee monthly only not to get what I am paying for. Violations are numerous in this neighborhood and are not being followed by Ally. I repeatedly called since they took over in January of this year and get lied to every time I call. They refuse to follow Bylaws set forth by HOA yet collecting my hard earned dollar while doing nothing.

      I mailed this HOA a check for my dues, the same as I do every month, this month I did the exact same thing but they didn't post it and I feel they did it in an effort to collect late fees from me.
