I agree with ******* reviiew. I would also give them a negitive 5. They damaged many of my itrms that were brand ne Delivered by ****** Furniture to my home inspected by me.with a ****** represenitive. ****** did replace i peice that was slightly damaged. I am a senior citizen with no children, disabled and incapable of moving anything. No one had touched the furniture until Move Myrtle Beach got hold of it. there are big chunks of wood gouged out exposing bare wood against dark mahogany. Corners of furniture are smashed in smashed in numerous scrating and bare wood from furniture rubbing and dolly use. They lost the pieces to reasemle a bed and attach a mirror to the MB dresser so they left a iincomplete job and a mess.
There were 10 to 12 moving blakents left behind in several rooms bunched up togeather with tape stuck to them and bundles of used tape left on tthe floors. The unassembled furiture was left left laying around instead of stacking it neatly in corner. They assured me they would be back with the missing parts and finish the job. I realized latter they had not taken any measurments or model numbers of the furniture. It is in my opinion that they never planned to return. The WORSE damage was the breaking of 3 legs on a desk put it in place and left it with barely attached legs and completely unstable. It was very diseptive to hurry out and not mentioning the danger of its stability. Not knowing I could have sat at it and when put weight on it the whole thing would collapse. Being elderly I could have seriously hurt. I think this is a shan of a company. They use U-Haul trucks, dollies and blankets. Their web site claims they have seven emplyees . Yet the men that were here said they just show up when theres some labor to be done. That is not a emplyee only another deception.
