  RUN... Don't WALK away from these guys! Total scam when it came to pricing, I spent days negotiating pricing, design changes and at 8:20 pm we agreed over text messaging to construct an exterior deck at the negotiated price if I signed the contract on the spot! When a salesperson tells you they need a signed contract because it was the last day of the month is TOTAL **** LEAGUE! The next day they informed me that due to lumber prices they could not offer that price but could do it for $7,000.00 more... They came back with their new pricing and deletions including the deck being reduced in size from a 10 x 20 to now being a 8 x 20!!! What? When pressed on the questionable business look the salesman explained that this is not the "Old Days" where a handshake and a text agreement used to be valid! The funniest part of this whole agreement was that I had to install a lawn sign and write a "testimonial" regarding the Company, LOL No problem I will be sure to let as many neighbors here in ************** know what never to expect from this Company. Congrats, your reputation will be damaged a lot more than the extra dollars you tried to ******* me out of.

  We could not be happier with the beautiful eyebrow pergola just installed over the garage door! CE was great to work with every step of the way. ****** and ***** on the project management side were incredibly responsive, and always went above and beyond with listening, confirming, handling concerns and making sure we were comfortable - important when someone is drilling into unforgiving brick! ******* especially, but everyone in the office could not have been more helpful. ******** and his crew did an awesome job - this was a great choice and we will be back for any future exterior needs ??

  Unfortunately, we were unable to have Contract Exteriors complete any work since my wife's health has taken a sudden turn for the worse and we needed to rescind our agreement. But **** and everyone at Contrat Exteriors honored our request quickly.

  I would not recommend. Poor project management and quality. Glad the project is done but it was a painful process and the results are not worth the money spent. Our project was pretty simple. 10x11 deck with a straight set of stairs. Entire process took 7 months. They'll blame the town and the engineering firm that made the drawings - reality is that part of the process took 4 months, they still took 3 months to build a square deck.Specific complaints -* was not told drawings, for a square deck, would take 8 weeks - that set my entire timeline back from day 1.* was told the deck would take 10 days once started. It took 3 months with multiple failed inspections.* railings are crooked, surface of deck was not prepared so hydro stop finish is not good. * stair posts aren't aligned - stringers are fastened with lots of shims because of all the 'adjustments' that had to be made * stringers were overcut so risers have gap and missing screws in several places.* most railing spindles are cut too short I have so much more I could say but if you select these guys just know what you are signing up for. If you have unlimited time and don't worry about how the finish product looks then you'll probably be fine.

  Contract Exteriors recently completed a two-level deck project for us, and we are delighted with the final product. We found them to be reliable and professional. Our questions were answered promptly, and we were kept informed of each step for the entire project. We appreciate the quality of the materials and workmanship but also the knowledgeable people involved in our project including our salesman, our customer support person, our construction crew, and our project manager. We thank them all for our positive experience with their company.

  We had Contract Exteriors replace the 12 windows in our newly purchased home and we are thrilled with the results. They came out quickly to scope the project and delivered an estimate that included a number of opportunities for cost saving. Soon after we agreed, they came out to take formal measurements and ordered the windows. Their project manager was excellent, keeping us informed of the project the entire way. When install day came, the installers were very professional and took a light touch to our home to minimize disturbances, since we work at home.We have a larger project we hope to do in the next year or two and we will definitely use Contract Exteriors when we are ready.

  Had my Porch enclosed with two large panel windows and sliding glass doors . Contract Exteriors removed all my rotten screens and aged wood panels and replaced them all.It took some time to get the windows , but with in their allotted time frame.I was very impressed with the entire project including the setting me up with ******** for financing.I would give them 10 stars if I could . An amazing job from start to finish.

  When you order, the sales person makes it sound like this is a big professional organization. But when it comes to getting the work done, they are not professional at all. I ordered replacement windows from them. It was supposed to take 12 weeks for the windows to be made. When the windows were supposed to arrive, there was one excuse after another why they didn't have the windows. I talked with several different people in the organization and each one had a different story about where my windows were. After six weeks of that, they finally came out to install the windows. It was only ************ and they said it would be done in one day. That was not the case. After the windows were installed, I was told I would have to paint the little section of frame on the inside that was bare wood. The nail holes in the casings were not filled in. I asked for them to sweep with a magnet to pick up all the dropped nails. Was told someone would come the next day to do that, but no one ever showed up. I found numerous nails in my dogs' kiddie pool and in the leaves around the house that I picked up myself. Still waiting for the warranty information to arrive. These people were a nightmare to work with and I would not recommend them at all.
