            On 1/3/20 I mailed a $55 check to Computer Guyz for "Symantec Endpoint Protection (1-Year)" to protect my computer from viruses. On 1/13/20, Computer Guyz deposited that check. On 8/1/20 my computer says that my Symantec protection expired. I emailed Computer Guyz about a refund and asked why they let my 1-year virus protection expire. No one ever responded to me about it. Instead, in 2021, I start getting multiple emails with an attached invoice for computer protection and late charges for not paying that computer protection. On 6/24/21 I emailed *** at Computer Guyz about the current invoices and late fees that I never agreed to pay, about the refund from 2020 that no one contacted me about, and stating again that I would like a partial refund of $25 to make up for the part of the year that they did not protect my computer. *** responded with an offer for a discounted future product. On 7/16/21, I responded that I just want the refund. Ten days later I have heard nothing.
