JAJ Construction and Clearing owned by Joshua and Ashley C******** is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever known. The first day we met them, I should've known something was off. Joshua came in speaking on his previous clients and referring to the females as a female dog(*****). He said I'm so glad to be around some "***** ****"This should've been a red flag. He showed us how much a couple of his previous clients owed him which was none of our business obviously. Nothing went as planned on this job. He claimed he would start on the kids bathroom, finish that one and move on to the next bathroom. Josh and his crew ended up taking both of the bathrooms out at one time leaving my family with no where to go for a couple of days. He claimed he was coming to at least bring one bathroom where we could use it, but that didn't happen. We were without both bathrooms for almost a week. Issues that he said he would address, it never happened. In fact, he caused damage to my bathroom cabinets from the leaking pipes that he didn't fix correctly. He didn't apply glue under the house for master bathroom which caused them to come apart. He hung a brand new ceiling fan that was not bolted to the ceiling. It could have fallen on my husband and I. So we had to call someone to our home three times already to correct some of his work. Josh has paint on my kitchen table, chair, things were broken in my daughters room, paint on her expensive shoes that had to be thrown away, the master bathroom rug isn't laying flat, he never fixed the tear that he caused in the kids bathroom, a brand new tub in the kids bathroom and you can't even take a bath because it won't hold water, light switch/sockets aren't flush with the wall, toilet isn't level, barn doors were hung incorrectly, caulk continuously washed away etc I could really go on. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with Josh and Ashley and I never got a response. He was paid in full and was supposed to give our receipts/invoice to us. Josh would leave this job site with so much work that had to be done here just to secure another job. He's a fraud. The whole entire company is. He got paid and barely worked. I feel like he just threw numbers out for us to pay which we wasn't supposed to pay until the whole job was done. Apparently he told my husband he fell on hard times and needed the money to get caught up with his bills. Anyways we paid them a lot of money and NEVER received our receipts/invoice. We called and texted Ashley and Joshua multiple times. No response. We probably should've left him fired. Would not recommend and if you see this company scroll pass. They are not professional, trustworthy and will drag your name. We still don't know where our money went.
