    My first contact with KMAE securities was on May of 2022. I had outdoor cameras installed on my property. ***************************** suggested I purchase a 16 channel camera system, so I will be able to install more cameras on the property at a later date, so I agreed a purchased the ************** Performer Series 16 Channel ULTRA H. 265 NVR for $999.99. I had no problems with my security system or ******************, so in October 2023, I called and emailed ****************** that I wanted to purchase 3 more cameras for outside. He agreed, and prior to him coming, I closed my account with ******* and returned all their equipment. I noticed that KMAE Security system cables was also channeled into Xfinity equipment, so when I returned Xfinity equipment in July 10, 2022, I lost all my camera coverage. I informed ************** on July 11, 2022. He texted me on 7/28/22 that he will call me, and he never did. I texted & called him many times. He finally contacted me on 10/27/23. I had no security coverage for a year & 3 mons. Xfinity personnel stated a lot of security companies have been using their equipment and Xfinity started updating their equipment to stop it. I figured that what happen in my situation, so when *** ***** came to hook up the 3 additional cameras, he claimed I turned the wrong equipment in to Xfinity, but I told him all the connectors form the security system was connected into the Xfinity equipment box, of course he DENIED IT, and charge me for another ************** Flex Series16 channel box ULTRA for $1,138.99(I want to be REFUNED) that I NEVER had in the first place. Xfinity never take equipment that DO NOT BELONG TO THEM. He finally installed the cameras on 11/7/23 that morning, and around 5pm I texted & called him that the cameras were glitching and within a week I HAD NO CAMERA COVERAGE from all 3 cameras. I have been trying numerous times to contact him via text, phone, and email since 11/7/23. I have heard NOTHING from him. A good business man makes right his wrong.
