I was too busy looking at their sign by the road that said, "We got YOUR BACK when it comes to your financial needs" and my past great experiences that I ignored the first Red Flag of when I first submitted my Mortgage Refinance application, it was LOST according to the teller on Fraser Street. My past experience was so great with them that I felt compelled to try again to get away from my current Banker (PNC) that dragged on the refinancing past two months to keep me at 6.87! BUT, GKCU has a company called SERVION doing their mortgage refinancing! I went from the Frying Pan to the FIRE!!!! I mean FIVE GRUELLING MONTHS OF CAT AND MOUSE STUPIDITY AND SKILLS OF INCOMPETENCE WITH NO INTENTION ON EVER FINANCING ME! They tried every thing in the book on a MONTHLY basis to come up with something or some type of verification to request from me and THEN DISABLE EVERY FAX MACHINE at their disposal so that you CAN NOT SUBMIT NOTHING! Yeah, they were the epitome of childish games as a beginner just starting a job and had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THE BLANKY THE BLANK TO DO NEXT! Shawn first, and then Nate BACK AND FORTH for FIVE MONTHS and the kicker was in the fine print in the end whereas if I didn't comply to everything, they will without hesitation contact YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY to inform them of whatever from a THIRD party! Yeah, I lost TWO INSURANCE COMPANIES because SERVION had taken upon themselves to not only be concerned about your ability to pay the loan but how much time you even sleep in your home! Total harassment! Yeah, this is the company Georgetown Kraft Credit Union has to take care of their Mortgage loans. I pray to God that they did it the way it was done years ago and maintained that Family Atmosphere that REALLY HAD YOUR BACK! So if you want to refinance your home and you are referred to SERVION, RUN!!!! I asked others about their experience with SERVION and they expressed the same sentiments. The locked in rate, I did not get and the promised payment in the $600s went up to over $800. The Closing rate was quoted as under $500 and ended up being OVER $5,000 with the Floyd Law Firm! Sincere sentiments are nice, but what can be done to FIX what happened to me? Your vendors are a reflection of how YOU do business within YOUR company and their business ethics were horrible to say the least!

They showed that they can NOT be trusted and what is promised initially WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU GET IN THE END! I refused to drop the application because I was curious as to what they will come up with to deny my application. Checking my monthly income as though they were expecting me to be fired or something. Along with checking my credit to see if I had incurred another debt while they dragged on their process month after month for MONTHS!

Is there any way for you to purchase the loan so that I can make my payments at GKCU instead of through THEM? Maybe you can re-evaluate the process and get the payments as to what they initially promised and not legally rob me again with outrageous prices.
