    My son brought my car to them 5 years ago. New engine, $6000 was paid by insurance company. The additional was paid in increments.THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR.I've talked and called and since April of this year was told it was being tuned. Every time another excuse. Please help me get the car back. Hopefully running.They took it to another shop stating it was at the tuner. We found it and the car was a mess. I was told they would detail it after tune.They for some reason are not returning the car.I asked if there was a balance due she said $1577 which includes the tuning. Now that I've seen pictures of the car , I think they owe me money. Anyway what I need help with, is getting my car back in one piece and running. I've paid taxes and insurance on it all these years. Please help
