I called Ace Glass to order glass for my patio door which got broken. I was told by the customer service rep that they had to set up an appointment to come out and measure the window before ordering I explained to her that I already had the measurements that my handyman was going to install the glass. I was told by the representative that I had to have someone come out to measure before they can order the glass so I set up an appointment for them to come out and measure. I called the store today after receiving a voicemail from them stating that they had the window and was able to install it today and for me to call them back. I called them back to let her know that I just wanted to order the glass and I did not want to use them to install it, I then was told that I had to pay an extra $85 for using their measurements which as I stated above we already had the measurements and she told me I had to have the man come out before they can order. I feel that this is not right for them to charge me $85 for their measurement when they say their estimates are free of charge. I want to receive my glass from them ASAP for just the glasses itself. This is very poor customer service to try to rip someone off of $85. Thank you in advance
