            We have had a Xerox printer that is being serviced by G5 now named "Carolina Business Services" account #******. The contract (C-**********) was entered on 11/8/2019. Our specific problem lies with the meter readings and overages charged for the time following the contract date. The meter readings are incorrect and lead to possibly thousands of dollars in overages being charged to our account. I first brought this issue to Caroline Office Services attention on 3/28/2023. I have not received any useful responses and hove not received any communication from them since 4/14/2023 stating "we will update you shortly". I have followed up twice since then with no response. When I have called the line drops every time they transfer me. They have acknowledged the billing discrepancies but have not given me any form of solution. Additionally, we are paying a "servicing" fee which is supposed to include routine maintenance, the service log has not been signed since 4/21/21.
