            I went there on 8/22 as a first time customer I walked in and never saw a price list . I got a pedicure , my eyebrows and a full set which came out to OVER 300 dollars ! I WAS SEVERELY OVERCHARGED BECAUSE IM NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND THEY BASICALLY CHARGED ME WHATEVER THEY WANTED ! They wrote out a receipt instead of a machine printed one and AGAIN DOESNT HAVE A PRICE LIST THEY CHARGED ME 20 DOLLARS TO POORLY ARCH MY EYEBROWS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS WHATEVER YOU DO YOUNG WOC DONT COME HERE and on top of that my nails were hideous .

            On 1/13/24 I went into Venus nails to get a fill in, eyebrows wax and tinted and individual lashes. Kayla provided me with her services I finished around 1145 am I had an event to go to around 345 pm on the same day I called back to notify them my lashes that my lashes that should normally last 2 weeks had already started falling off. I wasn’t aware they opened on Sunday so I advised would be back Monday. I woke up Sunday morning all of my lashes had falling off. I saw that tgey weee opened on Sunday so I went there not for a refund I wanted my lashes redone however by a different technician they made me sit and wait for the same technician. I told her I did not trust her doing my lashes I wanted someone else she said that I would have to pay someone else. I asked to speak with manager or owner I was advised that they don’t have a manager or owner. The service was awful and now I’m out of money with no lashes.. I do not recommend this company.
