    **? 1-Star Review: Rise Electrical Service Company Dishonest, Overpriced, and Shoddy Work ?** **$1,800 for a Basic Outlet Install Plus Faulty ************** Promises!** I am beyond disappointed with Rise Electrical Service Company. Their pricing is outrageously inflated, their work is substandard, and their customer ********************** is dishonest. Heres why: 1. **Highway Robbery Pricing** - They charged me $1,800 to install a $160 attic fan from Lowes. - The actual electrical work? Just installing a single outlet 4 feet from the sub-panel in an open, easily accessible attica job that should cost a few hundred dollars max. - They offered a $400 "discount" only if I used their roofer, who then claimed the fan "wasnt right" and tried to upsell me. Now, they only offered to refund me another $400 (which I did not receive), leaving me $1,400 out of pocket for a simple outlet install!2. **Failed ********************** Subpanel Wiring** - Their subpanel installation in my main panel was done incorrectly and wont pass inspection. A problem I pointed out, yet they still havent fixed it! - This is not just incompetence, its a safety hazard.3. **False Claims About Wiring Interference** - They lied to me, claiming the high-voltage wire they installed wouldnt interfere with the existing low-voltage wiring in the same conduit. This is completely false and could cause serious issues. After all of the above, all attempts to contact them have gone unanswered and the message received from calling the main number suddenly says ************* is no longer servicing customers. Sorry for the inconvenience.**Avoid ************ at ****************************************** overcharges, cuts corners, and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their work is unsafe, their pricing is predatory, and their promises are worthless. **?? DO NOT HIRE THEMYOU WILL REGRET IT! ??**
