    On 12/10/2022 around 4pm I ordered 3 pizza's from this Domino's for $55.78. 2 of the three pizzas were incorrect. I called Domino's immediately after getting the pizzas to report they were incorrect & I would like them to please remake the two that were incorrect. They offered a coupon I could use at a later date but I really wanted the correct pizzas now. I asked for a manager & she stated she inspected all three pizzas & they were correct. After thoroughly going through the pizzas I again did not see any of the ingredients that were missing. She assured me they were on the pizza & she would not redo the pizzas. I offered to freeze both pizzas to show them to a store or area manager manager. When I asked for a superior Managers phone number "Bailey" refused to provide it. She also refused the owners contact information & refused to provide me with any contact that could resolve my complaint.
    Because "Bailey" refused to remake my pizza's that were missing ingredients I would like a full refund.

    I saw all 3 pizzas come out of the oven and they had all the correct ingredients. I would have called for a remake if they did not have the correct ingredients however after inspecting the pizzas post oven I determined they had the correct toppings. I refused to give a credit or remake the pizzas because they were correct.

    I offered to take down her information and pass it along to my superior as I am not allowed to give out their information but she declined and said she would just call the better business bureau. 

    I did not offer to remake the pizzas or refund the order because the pizzas were not wrong. The complaint she has was there was no bacon on the pizzas and since bacon is cut up small it can be hard to determine if it is on there to an untrained eye. My staff said they put bacon on the pizza and I saw it myself so I did refuse to offer a credit or refund.
