    This practice is done online through Chat. You can no longer speak to a person. Once they switched to a membership model you are locked into a high fee that they charge per hormone running $436 for each hormone every quarter. They switched where I get my thyroid from one pharmacy to another right before I ran out of my prescription. They get forced me to sign an agreement to membership right before my thyroid hormone ran out. I cancelled my appointment in their app Healthie because I was told in the Chat the provider just wants to talk to me and there would no charge. I cancelled because I found another provider that does not charge these quarterly high membership fees for one hormone. Today, I saw that they charged me $436 on my credit card. Apparently they did not see that I cancelled an appointment on July 22 which I cancelled in June on Healthie. They are refusing to refund the $436.00. I now have asked them to cancel my membership. I will need to cancel my credit card so they dont continue to my credit card card without prior authorization. This business is sketchy and their business practices are shady.
