    I paid CSRA Roofing to replace my roof. After completing the work, my tenant had an issue and the roof began leaking in the garage. After delayed to even inspect the issue, finally the contractor attempted to repair and said it wasn’t his fault and made it worse. Note the roof replacement included replacing the roof and resided the chimney. My property manager advised I hire another contractor to properly repair. So I hired another company to fix it and I had to hire a separate company to repair the damaged drywall. Additionally I had to give the tenant a reduced next month rate. This all cost me around $2500 or so. I am looking to take to small claims court unless the contractor can compensate me for my expense. I have the correspondence from the property manager and the charges on my bank statement for the work. I also had to pay a fine with the county because of CSRA Roofing

    The contractor contacted me and is willing to pay my expenses for the issues and will cut me a check.

    He is asking what steps he needs to take to close out the complaint.
