Did a cleanup job for this company, said he would have his wife send remainder of payment. Still havent received the remainder as the job was 2 days ago. Would not recommend doing any jobs for this company. Very unprofessional.

I am the Owner of *** ******** ***. I had provided our professional services to Malcolm ** K*** (Overhaul Properties) on several different jobs. My quotes/contracts were agreed by Malcolm * K*** (Overhaul Properties). All the jobs were completed by *** ******** ***. Malcolm A K*** (Overhaul Properties) owes me/my company thousands of dollars. Now he cannot be reached. He has not called, returned my calls, text or emails. Overhaul Properties Owner (Malcolm * K***) is a CROOK. He makes his living contracting out his jobs and then not paying the contractors after he is paid. I am a family owned and operated business. This company (Overhaul Properties) owner Malcolm * K*** should be lock up. After I did some research after Malcolm * K*** (Overhaul Properties) has ghosted me for the money he owes. Malcolm * K*** (owner of Overhaul Properties) does have fraud charges, been arrested and has other fraud related charges pending in other states. Just don't want anyone to be robbed and out money as I am currently. But I, *** ******** ***, have filed a lawsuit, which just take so much money, time and is a lot of aggravation.

We completed a huge demo for Malcolm in anderson a couple months ago. He told me the payout of the job, we agreed on it and I began work. I finished the job on time. He was very happy with it and said he will pay us as soon as he is paid by his client. It’s been 2 months now and he has blocked me on social media and claims he Does not have the money and is filling for bankruptcy. He has screwed over many other contractors as well. He has taken deposits from his customers. He is dishonest and a crook. RUN!!
