    I sent this golf club $12.00 and a self addressed stamped padded envelope for three old barnwell logo golf balls and all that they sent me is one logo golf ball. I have sent them four follow up letters about this matter and they refuse to respond to me. One logo golf ball does not cost $12.00. I want them to send me the additional two logo golf balls that I paid for

    Hi ******,

    We received your recent mailing with $12 and a request for three logoed golf balls. As a private club, we typically only sell merchandise to our members and their guests. However, in an effort to accommodate your request—and because you did not include any contact information—we kindly sent along one logoed ball along with some additional logoed items like koozies and tees.

    Please note that the value of three golf balls would have exceeded the amount you enclosed.

    Since then, we’ve received three additional letters from you, none of which have included an email address or phone number. If you are dissatisfied with the items we sent, you're welcome to return them by mail, and we will gladly refund your $12.

    They admiited that that I sent three follow up letters with my name and address so that they had my contact informamtion.  Are they going to pay the return shipping which is over $6.00 since they did not send what I sent them money for.  I am willing to send another envelope and additional money for the extra two logo golf balls.  They never even offered change when they even admitted that the one ball does not cost $12.00
