    I ordered a pizza Sunday, 11.20.22 it arrived flat, thin and looked like cardboard. When I called and asked for my money, I was told we don't do that? I was told I would get a call right back, I called back 20 mins later and was told by the owner she was too busy to talk its Sunday football and was hung up on. She called me to let me know she read my review and she doesn't make flat pizza and she didn't hang up the conversation was over? Funny, I was still talking and at this point rather annoyed. I didn't want another flat pizza, I wanted my money back. She was just being rude and uneducated so I did hang up. She replied to my review and called me a "*****", I'm sure someone had to help her with that one. I work hard for my money and when an item is not at all up to the standard it should be why would I want another one. Then for her to belittle and call me names because I didn't like the pizza, she needs to learn customer service and so do her staff. Nowhere on her website does it say we don't offer money back for a product. This owner clearly needs help from you. I also attached to pictures of pizza and sent it back so she did see the pizza. I should not be made a joke of because I didn't like the pizza.
