    Five years ago *** ****** formally had a good work ethic and professionalism, however I recently I rehired him and he is not the same. He was absolutely manipulative and disrespectful by interrupting me, talking over me in attempts to shut me down, as he was not demonstrating accountability for the job I hired him for. He showed up late or not at all, also left the premises whenever he felt like it, leading to an unresolved job all around. This behavior occurred into 3 days of taking advantage of my time that I could have used elsewhere because he was not here as he communicated. He is not very transparent and will talk over you if you put boundaries in place. He will say it is his determination over you. You won't get to say anything.
