More like negative one. Called them for an estimate after one of my trees was stuck by lightning. the quote they gave us was using a crane that would have to go on our front yard. They said it was cause damage and we would have to sign a damage waiver. We told them to pencil us in but to give us a call before coming because we were getting quotes from different companies. We found one and signed a contract for them to remove the tree on July tenth. On the 9th we were coming home from a doctor's appointment, when an employee from Warwick tree company called to ask were we were. We were one block away and when we rounded the corner we saw a giant crane on our front yard. We jumped out of the car and asked them why they were on our front yard. The ******* came over and said he was sent there by the company. We told him that they were supposed to call and confirm, which they didn't. He saw on the order that they were to call before coming. He also stated he was getting ready to cut limbs off of our two maple trees to make room for the crane. The ******* apologized numerous times and he told us that the company would take care of the damage. We didn't hear from them for two weeks, so we called the ******* who again apologized and was sorry for the lack of response. We never heard from anyone after leaving numerous messages. I finally emailed the company, and they essentially called said that they were not responsible for the damage and we should fix it ourselves (we are almost 70 years old) saying that it only needs to be popped up. They crushed the pavers with their machine and said it is not their problem. The receptionist is totally unprofessional. The worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with. I work for a car dealership that would fire anyone that was that rude and ignorant. I am telling everyone that I can about this awful experience. Go on Yelp and read the reviews on their site.

This was 5 days after a storm had gone through **. The Job was approved by the homeowner (***** *********) through the office over the phone; The office explained the crane would have to set up on the front lawn to safely remove the tree due to limited access, as stated on the estimate the customer was handed the day of the quote. The day after ***** (the property owner) approved the work we had the crane in the area working on other storm related jobs, the crew arrived and started setting up, at that time ***** had arrived and ******* canceled the job with the men onsite, after the men were set up. No where on the work order did it state call, seeing it was emergency, and we don't schedule emergencies seeing we try and take care of as many properties as possible when this type of storm occurs and customers are aware of this. ***** had told the ****** ******* her friend had decided to go with another company after she had called and approved the work, but she had not called and canceled the work order, On the quote given it clearly states " Warwick tree is not responsible for any lawn damaged that may occur during the tree removal or trimming process, and a verbal approval is consenting to these terms, I explained that to ******* whom is not the property owner. ***** never canceled the work order, if she had called, we would have never shown up with all the equipment, it took the men 1 hour just to set up the crane exactly where we had stated we would. ******* continues to email myself, I have explained this is something we are not responsible for.

***** never approved the work. She received a quote for the price and she was told that we would have to sign a damage waiver, which she never signed. The only copy of paperwork was the estimate. The copy of the so called work order was the estimate with numerous notes written on it and you can see were it has W/C written on it and then crossed out and said Do. ***** never signed any contract or work ordered. She told them to put her on the list but to call before coming because we were getting quotes from other companies. They never called to even say that they were coming. Nobody called the day before as is stated. There employee looked at his work order and said that it did say to call first. He did call us as we were on the way home from an appointment, but it was to late. the equipment was already on the lawn. Thank God we got there when we did because the ******* told us that he was going to cut back our two beautiful maple trees in the front yard to be able to use the crane. He then removed all the equipment off our lawn and apologized again and told us they would take care of the damage. he said the owner would contact us. to this day we have not heard from him. Both the ******* and receptionist saw that it said to call before coming. Regardless of the miscommunication, we never signed a damage waiver and they damaged are yard. Who goes on someone's property when they are not home and causes damage and then say's that it was the homeowners fault. They damaged the property and they are responsible for taking care of their mistake.

Bunch of unprofessionals! The ******* showed up day of the job smoking a cigarette in my face. Appeared hungover or on something. They made it sound like the job was going to be all done in one day, didn't come back to grind the ***** until two weeks later. Never any mention of that in the work order. I had to reschedule delivery of a shed because of this delay. The company left the yard a mess with tire tracks, large chunks of wood everywhere. I also had large spots of hydraulic fluid all over the street in front of my house from their equipment. They did come back to get the wood after I complain, but gave me an attitude and threatened leave the wood if I spoke to them anymore. The whole crew acted threatening like they wanted to fight. ***** this company at all possible I have no idea how they're even still in business.

WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR!!!My neighbor and I talked to each other about removing a large pine tree near the property line. Contacted this outfit for a qoute to remove. The job was scheduled for the beginning of April.I called Warwick tree service as I never heard anything from them and I had a few questions regarding the crane and the process. The secretary at Warwick tree service stated that she would have someone call me back. At the end of the day on Friday April 7, 2023 I never heard back from the I tried to call but they were closed. I call on Monday April 10, 2023 and the secretary stated that everything was all set. They would use a spider on the neighbors property. The showed-on Tuesday April 11, 2023 approximately 10:30 am as they finished a job in Wakefield. They supervisor came to my driveway and asked if there was a problem with the crane on my property. I stated No that I called just to ask a few questions as I never heard anything about the process. He was upset about the lack of communication from his secretary as to my phone call and rude to me. She never informed him and changed the equipment by herself. The ******* stated if he had known that I called he would have called back or even driven out to our house to clear up any issues but rude the whole time. He stated he could not do the job with the equipment he brought. He stated that the job would have to be rescheduled. I called Warwick tree service at (401) 826-**** twice in April to see if the job had been rescheduled. Each time the secretary would state no not yet, should be next week. I called several times (4) in May. NEVER A CALL BACK. On May 18, 2023 I called and was told that the job had been scheduled for May 26, 2023 at 8:30AM. I took the day off from work to be home while the tree was being cut. On May 26, 2023 I contact Warwick tree service at approximately 9:30AM as they had not shown yet and was told by the secretary that there was no job scheduled that day.

Ok. So I hired Warwick Tree Service to drop 4 dead dry trees in my wooded back yard. Yard backs up to thousands of acres of woodland. The crew did a great job and I paid them $1000.00. Within 15 minutes after the crew left we had a massive blaze which could have become a huge for forest fire. The wind was blowing towards the *****. And there are houses nearby. Fortunately my neighbor saw the raging flames and called 911 and came over with extinguishers and I got a hose out there quick. My neighbors quick actions help to keep the fire from spreading to fast until the fire company showed up with a **** gallon tanker. Thanks to the ******, ** Volunteer fire department for their quick response too. So I called the owners of Warwick Tree Service to explain what had happened. They were rude to me over the phone and denied any liability. Our homes and forest were threatened and now I have a burned out spot in my yard that used to be green and lush and we would walk our dogs back there. It smells like fire and now the wood that I paid them to cut down is all burned up and another live tree was burned and destroyed. Im left to clean up their mess. They didnt even so much as offer an apology to me and my family for the stress and damage that their crew caused to my property. I just got back from the hospital yesterday and was supposed to be taking it easy. Im also getting ready to go into treatment for recently diagnosed cancer and cannot physically clean up the burned up mess that was supposed to be firewood for next year. I am extremely dissatisfied with Warwick Tree Service and would strongly recommend not using them. ******************* ******, **

This company left a huge tree on both sides of my street for hours then when they came to get it they left a mess including bark with nails in it all over the street. Then the driver said it was a public street and they could leave what they want in it. He was rude and vulgar.

We performed tree removal in the neighborhood from 12pm to 3 pm, the logs were placed in the road like we do everyday, *** and her husband believed they owned the road,  the log truck came out 1 hour  later to pick up the logs, the woman making this complaint approached my employee, yelling and screaming at him, he stated that  the TINY debris left in the road would be cleaned up by morning and that he did not have a broom or blower on the truck and that was not good enough for her, so in turn her husband called me about and hour and a half later, talking aggressive to me as well. I stated I would send someone by in the morning to clean anything in the road, that again was not good enough. We go above an beyond for our customer, Nothing I offered was good enough. They continue post false statements on social media, after seeing the video of the TINY debris left in the road and the aggression from *** and her husband, I chose not to send a crew by, I will not place my men or woman in aggressive situations like that. *** is not a customer of ********************,

I guess if simply asking when is someone coming back to clean up all the bark that did end up having nails in it by the way that your company left after leaving an 80 foot tree on both sides of the road for over an hour instead of properly disposing of the tree immediately plus all your trucks completely blocking the road and driveways from 12 to 3pm with absolutely no warning was too much for your guy to answer because obviously no one was coming back and he was too lazy to do it and your poor management that allows your guys to cut down trees not using proper techniques obviously didnt care about angering many people on this street cuz the guy paying you to cut down his tree lived on the next street and his neighbors wouldnt sign off on it. So your company told me and my neighbors i found out that its a public street and you can do what you want. I guess he couldn't think of anything better. I didnt even have time to get upset enough to ******** as soon as he flipped me off he sped off laughing and your **** right that i double flipped him back off. There is no point in yelling at the ignorant anyways as we found out when we tried to talk to you about it. If density counted for brains you would be in luck. I hope you don't run that business by yourself because you will run it right into the ground. And I never heard a woman so hotly defend a man who wasn't her husband. Especially when the bottom line was your company left a mess irritated the entire neighborhood and you couldn't even just give a simple sorry and clean up the mess you left behind. You obviously have no working knowledge of customer ********************** or right and wrong. You make a mess you clean it. You barging in on someone's neighborhood you have the courtesy to knock on their door and let him know you're going to be taking up the whole street would you like to move your car out of the way so you can use it at some point. And you don't leave in 80 ft tree laying in the road when school's letting out in the neighborhood and all the elementary school kids are walking home and then start playing on the **** tree. They were lucky that someone like me was around to warn them off. What if it had rolled when they was standing on it and they ended up under it. I bet you wouldn't be so smug and cocky then.

Hydraulic oil all over the ************* cracked my neighbors sidewalk, called there and they couldn't care less. Would not give up their insurance company.. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, don't give these clowns a nickel of your money. They are a joke.

We have not had this business for tree work but have bought firewood from them this is the third year. First year was excellent, last year noticed the length and sizes were bigger and my husband had to split and cut alot of it. This year the lenghts, sizes, require splitting. The cords are not all hardwood it is mixed with pine and cedar. Keep in mind we paid for cut and split hardwood. Today we found 2 pieces of pine that were not even split at all. We have bought firewood for years and never had wood that was black. I called the business and explained to the lady how dissatisfied with the wood we were delivered. I gave her our phone number so I could have the owner call so we could discuss our issues. She said that she doubted he would call and as of now he hasn't. This is not the way you treat your customers. Would not buy from this business again.
