      Sounds like I'm not alone with my experience with this company. Worst company ever to do business with. I ordered the red ************* products and they were scheduled to not ship for an entire month. I can understand perhaps having such a high demand for a product so that will be the case but a month and a half went by will still no delivery. Every time I would email customer service, I got the professionally typed response that they are receiving a massive influx of inquiries daily and have a backlog of emails and voicemails. Seems like this is a routine with these guys. I placed my order on April 15 and today is August 4th and I still never received all of my order. I asked for a refund for the items I never received and they've been promising me that for over a month now. I guess I'll just have to hire a lawyer next. My suggestion is to purchase these products elsewhere because overall, you're going to be very dissatisfied with their customer service or lack or receiving your products altogether.

      First, I must say I believe the webinar/docu-series host truly had good intentions. However, this is a very badly managed business. Products are pushed and promises made while the warehouses are sitting empty. I read many reviews about the partial shipments and issues with returns or refunds. I have been dealing with these issues since September 2024. I initially ordered the Cellular Healing Program, September 17, 2024 for $316.95. September 25, 2024, I received a phone call and was directed to a webpage showing what red ************* devices and supplements I would receive if I upgraded to the Gold Cellular Healing Program. I observed the Gold program included everything for $5,000 except the large red ************* panel and stand. The program including the large red ************* panel and stand cost $8,000. I was convinced to at least purchase the $5,000 package. I agreed to purchase this program because I observed on the webpage a desktop 60 watt light and RLT mitten were included in the package. I finally received a partial shipment in mid December 2024. First the supplements and RLT face wand, then about a month later another partial shipment and a few weeks after that another partial shipment. I never received the 60 watt light and mitten. I contacted customer service and was told these devices were not included in my package! Since then it has been a back and forth of emails and phone calls with no follow through or resolution. In early February, I contacted them again and requested a partial refund. I explained I would package every RLT device, DVD's, transcript book, supplements and return them for a partial refund. I was told via email February 5, 2025 1.) A return label would be requested so I could return the items back to them. 2.) The exact amount of the partial refund would be confirmed. 3.) The status of the book and DVD would be researched. I never received the the return label, confirmation and status.

      Owner of this business hosts health webinars, with speakers, for promoting better health. Speakers are not aware of Well of Lifes business behaviors: little/no customer service, timeline of: fulfilling orders, processing refunds, responding to inquiries, honoring money back guarantee. What if the speakers knew how this company operates and treats people. Owner attracts many people, some with long-term illnesses, to its health webinars. Sick people, who dont get their products, can be easy prey and less likely to follow up or fight back. An internet search on this owner, shows similar business behaviors occurring since 2018. Owner states: Well Of Life was founded with one mission: to help everyone restore their bodys health. Place an order with this company and find out, if /when you dont get your products, whether or not you agree with its mission statement. Rating: less than 1 star.

      As of yet (7weeks) havent shipped my $1400 order! They now say they will ship partial shipment (that was 2 weeks ago)

      What a poorly ran company!! Supposedly it belongs to a well known promoter of good health but you cannot receive health benefits if his company doesn't deliver on their promises. My experience is almost identical to another complaint filed on 8/20/24 by another customer. Read that complaint after mine and see the similarities. 1. I ordered an InfraRed Lighting System for $2,197.00 through this company on Sept. 13, 2024. 2. Expectation was the product would be shipped in 2 weeks 3. I called Well of Life on Oct. 02, 2024 and they said they would check on my order. Note my order on their site stated "processing" and 18 days had passed with no communication. 4. I called a second time in October and the agent told me my shipment would be prioritized. 5. I called a third time in October and could only get a recording and I left a message. 6. On this same day I used their email attached to my credit card statement and all I got was "invalid email address". I called my ******************* and explained my concerns and they canceled my payment. 7. A few days later I got a call from Well of Life and they offered me a 10% discount to restart the order. I said "NO" and expressed my disappointment and frustration of the way they are so inconsiderate and look like a scam organization as most people who order their products are not well and should not be going through these issues by their incompetence. By this time we are headed toward 5 weeks and I then read for the first time a complaint on BBB site and remarkably this complaint, just a few months earlier, had practically the same issues I had experienced. This company had not even tried to fix their supply issues or customer service issues from months earlier. The owner of this site is well known and does many Health webinars that promotes this InfraRed system....be aware before you "try" to buy. What a shame.
