On January 24, 2025 I purchased a program for internet marketing and started training. After a short period of time I was told I had to join the Pro affiliate program to continue. I was promised that after completing 10 modules I would be set up and would start earning money. It actually took 15 modules to complete the boot camp. The Pro program costs $5000, and they said I had to come up with $500 down payment and they could get financing for the rest for me. They said the financing would be through a legitimate company that I had used before. That was a lie. After completing the road map they tried to get me to sign in to their very expensive All In program. When they were unable to obtain the financing for me, I lost my one on one mentor, never got the funnels, website or anything set up for me as promised. The Road Map instructions are very difficult, and everything I have done has not earned me any money. All they do is take almost $179 out of my checking account every month to pay the loan that was obtained from another fraudulent company, *************************. I cant afford to spend anymore time and money promoting The Mastery Institute when instead of making me money it is putting me further in debt. I want the $500 down payment and all the monthly payments that have already been charged refunded to me, and the remaining loan balance forgiven and canceled.

    Hi *******,

I hope you are doing well today. Thank you for your patience.

We don't make any income guarantees of any kind. What all have you been promoting? If you haven't started promoting any affiliate links, then you wouldn't have the chance of earning commissions. You have to be actively promoting products online.

You do have the done for you funnel templates, emails, etc, I'm not sure if you have looked at everything within your Mastery Institute back office in the Pro Vault.

The done for you funnels are in your Uplevel back office. Funnels can only be made in a funnel builder, which is why they are in the Uplevel software. You got 60 days of Uplevel free when you signed up for the **************. Once your 60 days were up and your payments kicked in, your Uplevel account got closed due to non-payment.

If you would like, we can give you 2 more months of Uplevel for free, and we will cover the cost for you so that you can have an additional 60 days free.

We apologize, but we cannot issue a refund. There are no refunds on our Pro Mentorship Program. Please review our refund policy here.

Look for the portion pertaining specifically to The Pro Breakthrough Accelerator *****************************************************************************************

We also have it stated in your Pro Agreement that you filled out. We will put your agreement below for your reference.

We need to get you connected with the community. Make sure you stay active in the ************* There you can ask marketing questions or any work to be reviewed.

Here is the link to the ************ if you are not already in it ***********************************************

    Make sure to start attending the bi-weekly Pro Immersion live coaching calls so you can get the one one-on-one help. You can register for those calls here  *************************************************;

We are here to help you. We just need you to make sure and utilize the coaching calls, and follow the Pro Road Map step by step, implementing each step before moving to the next. You will need to get to the point of promoting products online in order to potentially earn commissions.

Again, we make no income guarantees of any kind. It all comes down to how much time and effort an individual puts into their business.

Please let us know if you would like us to give you another 60 days free of Uplevel, and we can get it set back up for you.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards
    Amber

    To whom it may concern,
The customer joined our program and started working through our training where he then decided to join one of our mentorship programs. We don't make any income guarantees of any kind. We have income disclaimers on all of our training videos, marketing material and everything in between. Please see the attached income disclaimer that is at the very start of every one of our training videos and included on all of our marketing material. We sell an education program.
We dont have refunds on our mentorship programs as is clearly stated in our refund policy as well as the Mentorship Agreement the customer filled out at the time of purchase, agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
The customer chose to use a finance company to pay for the mentorship program. That is all handled directly with the finance company and he connected with them and set everything up for his payments including signing all their agreement paperwork for the exact finance company we use. The finance company we use is a legitimate finance company. At no time do we tell people they are using a different finance company from the one they are using. We only use one finance company.
All of the done for you components, were immediately added to the customers back office upon putting his deposit down.

The done for you funnels are in his funnel software back office. Funnels can only be made in a funnel builder, which is why they are in the funnel software back office. He got 60 days of the funnel building software free when he signed up for the **************. Once the 60 days were up and the payments kicked in, his funnel software account got closed due to non-payment.
We offered the customer another 60 days free of the funnel building software on top of the 60 days free he already received.

We have contacted the finance company on his behalf and have asked them to cancel the contract he has with them. He will still remain having full access to his main back office where all of the mentorship training is available to him without having to pay the rest on his loan that he still owes and agreed to pay.

Please review our refund policy here. Look for the portion pertaining specifically to The Pro Breakthrough Accelerator *****************************************************************************************
Please see the attached income disclaimer that is at the very start of every one of our training videos and included on all of our marketing material.
If the member chooses to continue he can still access everything with regard to the Pro Mentorship program. We are always her e o help our customers work through the training.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: they lied. The loan company was supposed to be Elevate and I have email that shows that. They instead funded through *************************, which is NOT BBB accredited and has an F rating with multiple complaints. As for the claims of what was set up for me through the back office, I was never instructed how to get to that, and I requested help multiple times. Until I received an email from what turned out to be a fake account, I had no idea that my access had been declined. I had never been informed of any payments due other than the loan. It is true that they do not guarantee any certain amount of earnings, but certainly I should have been given the help I needed to at least earn enough to make the loan payments. At least they have done the right thing and canceled the remaining loan payments, and I accept that part of the resolution. But they are millionaires and can afford to pay me the $1200+ that I have paid. They also do not deserve an A+ BBB rating.

    Sincerely,

    ******* **********

    To whom it may concern,
The customer chose to use the finance company to pay for the mentorship program. We have that option available to our customers as a solution when they want to purchase our mentorship programs. We have this available for people who want to get started but need to get financing for one reason or another. We would never force people to take loans. ******* is the name of a product through coach financing.
With regard to the payments for the funnel software, members are given a 60 day free trial. Once the 60 days are up the payments kick in if the member chooses to keep using the service. When the customers trial was up and the payment tried to run, we got a decline. At that time we sent an email to the customer on 4/7/25 and 4/9/25 letting him know that his payment declined and in order to keep the funnel software active we needed to be able to get a successful transaction. The customer opened both of those emails. Please see the screenshots provided.
The customer still has full access to the Pro Mentorship training, even though we canceled his loan with the finance company to pay for the mentorship. If the member chooses to continue he can still access everything with regard to the Pro Mentorship program. We are always here to help our customers work through the training and continue to move forward in their business. We truly want to help all of our customers.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:They claim that the loan was through Elevate, but it was through the very fraudulent *************************. After I completed their boot camp training, I was never given proper instructions on how to access and use the funnels, nor was I ever told that I had only 60 days to use them, or that after 60 days there would be a fee. Yes I opened the email, but also note that it was sent from an address that is no longer valid and cant be replied to. When I emailed Misha to the other address he uses to send multiple Spam from every day, his response was No worries. He is a multi millionaire and makes his money from scamming people and charging ridiculous fees. That might be OK for people who have some experience in network marketing, and already have a good steady income and they are just trying to become millionaires. But for a newbie who is struggling to keep their car and home and have utilities not shut off, $1200+ paid out to make NOTHING is completely unacceptable. They need to refund my money. I have not and will not access my account at The ******************************************* anymore. I have no desire to promote anything for them so they can scam others. The only thing they have done right so far is to cancel the rest of the loan.

    Sincerely,

Hey - this is ******, owner and operator of the business. While we always want to make every effort to make the customer happy - the statements the customer is making are simply untrue.

"Elevate" is a product offered by Special Financing/Coach Financing - and a product that the customer happily signed up for at the time of purchase. - Furthermore - coach financing isn't a fraudulent company - they are a financing company for many businesses in our marketplace.

Second - upon buying, he has access to his product in his back-office, with a full roadmap that trains him on how to use his funnel and tools/training he purchased. He DOESN'T only have access to them for 60 days - but he does only have 60 days of our software for free (as it is not included in the package he joined). If there way ANY confusion there - we are more than happy to give him 6 full months of the software for free - to make up for any confusion (this is worth $600 to the customer at zero cost).

Third - I dont know exactly what email hes talking about - he's acting like he personally emailed me - which he did not - as I don't give out my personal email address on the site. But at ANY time he can get a response within 24 hours to ANY issue he may have by emailing our friendly customer support. He has emailed us there, and gotten support within our 24 hour standard as a company.

He is throwing out language patterns about me scamming him and charging ridiculous fees, when they are the fees that he literally signed up for and agreed to when he signed our contract for the services - furthermore we already said we are more than happy not to charge anything more, AND now I'm saying we'll give him 6 months of our software for free.

We have NO desire to put anyone in a tough spot, yet I would just remind everyone one more time, that he hasn't been charged a dime more than he agreed to pay when he signed the agreements for our program. Actually - we have offered to let him in for less.

I will authorize a refund in this circumstance and let customer support know - but also please don't mistake this for an admission of guilt on any of his claims. We have tried to meet half way multiple times - and hes done nothing but throw more and more accusations at us.

We wish him all the best, but have zero desire to work with this customer. Tell him to expect a refund within 3-5 business days.

I am rejecting this response because: I am a very honest person. I do not take reporting businesses to the BBB lightly, and only do so when absolutely necessary, and with only true information. ******* is a reputable company that is handling 5 of my credit cards in a settlement plan. Special ***************** shows nothing that they are connected to Elevate. They have an F rating with the BBB, no accreditation, and numerous complaints. They refused to refund any money I paid to them, and said I had to get any refund directly from The Mastery Institute. So in their latest reply, the Mastery Institute again included lots of lies, but did state they were finally agreeing to a refund. They refunded the $500 down payment I made on the loan, but not the original $27 purchase price, or the $715.12 in 4 monthly loan payments. I was never able to figure out how to promote and make any money from their confusing instructions. They say they dont want to deal with me anymore. Well I stopped trying to use their methods over a month ago, and have no intentions of promoting a company that I do not support or have any faith in. So if they dont want to deal with me anymore, then they need to refund the remaining $742.12 that I paid, and they can do that directly to my ****** as they did with the $500.

    Sincerely,

    ******* **********
