    I rate moove in self storage a 0. I became a unit rentee customer in 2021 June for a ***** unit pull up outside unit NO temperature control on cement for what I was quoted and my lease agreement ****** they have been price guaging me and possibly other they advertise same units for alot less then what I'm paying, and all other storage places offer same size for way less they have increased my price of unit monthly to $360!!! That a car payment and insurance, again mind you that I've had it unfortunately had no where to move the stuff or help, they have been ripping me off for 3 years paying $360.00 no temp control outside pull up on cement, they advertise units indoors same size temp control for less than what I'm paying. Recently I've had financial difficulties and I'm behind for June and July, they keep saying they don't want my items to go for auction, but have assessed for each mi th supposed to be a late fee and 1 lien fee however they just charge me 2 more lein fees for the same 2 MO ths that has to be illegal. They also will not ever work with someone to pay it in 2 payments for example the one month now and say next week the other they force you to pay the entire amount at once and keep adding fees making it harder for me to pay it, but they still say they don't want your items to be auctioned, that's a bunch of c!@#. They jeep charging me more fees for the same 2 mi the even though they are not any more late or behind and were already assessed an original lien fee. Someone please help I know they are guaging prices and lying to people and unchanging and adding more unnecessary fees. If I'm having trouble paying now that certainly isn't going to resolve the issue is it?
