      5/24: Measured entire first floor 6/21: Deposit of $2107.50 paid. Install scheduled for 8/7, Informed price would be lower previous flooring and furniture were removed prior 8/5: Planks were dropped off 8/7:Installers showed up stating that **** had up and quit. Installers had no idea what was to be done, Disorganized mess 8/8-8/9: Installed floor, ran out of planks due to measuring error 8/14: Noticed scratches all over new flooring 8/17: Email sent to ******* consisting of photos of scratches 8/28: ***** came out to inspect scratches, stated entire floor needed to be reinstalled.9/18: ************ came and reinstalled kitchen flooring 9/25: Informed K&M of scratches found on Kitchen install #2 ?: ***** came to look at scratches.Gave okay to view unopened planks ordered for the living room reinstall to check for flaws ?: ***** came to install the living room and was informed unopened boxes had scratches on them. ***** reviewed planks and agreed then left 10/10: Text from ***** stating he was still in talks w/ Mohawk & meeting with boss the next opportunity 10/15: ***** came to pick up flooring 10/21: informed by ***** he was working with his *** to get things resolved and he would update me 10/23: ***** received confirmation the claim was in and he would be in touch 11/5: Went to K&M speak to *******, requested to have the damaged floor removed and our deposit refunded. ******* said she would speak to the owner and get back to me 11/7: Received voicemail from ******* stating that **** wants to wait to see what Mohawk says11/11: Received an invoice stating our remaining balance was Past Due. Called to speak to *******, was informed she was busy, but would call back.11/13: Called K&M to speak to *******, informed they are still waiting to hear back from ******. When asked to speak to the owner, was told He doesnt want to get involved. He will speak to us at the store, but he is not going to speak to you. Mentioned we would be going to court

      ******* has not paid her invoice and selected the cheapest flooring available.  She has caused the damage to the flooring in which she is accusing us of causing.  End of story.  We are working with our attorney to try and get full payment.
