    Bought a mattress from this business I asked him if I could return it after I tried it for one night he said yes that I would contact Snap who I got financing from. Snap said I have to contact the business neither place will let me return it. My back hurts so bad. I asked him if it was a mattress that only needs to be rotated every 6 months he said yes. The mattress tag says to rotate once a week. I am 81 years old and I cant do that

    ********************* entered into an agreement to purchase a mattress thru snap finance at our store location on a Lease to own agreement with snap finance which she agreed to the terms with snap finance after being approved for funding. ***** picked out the mattress she preferred after trying out numerous options for 45 minutes. During the process ***** asked if we had a sleep guarantee if she wanted to return the mattress. At this point ***** was notified that all sales are final as we are a mattress liquidation center. ***** signed the receipt that she understood the store policy. This receipt has been attached to the complaint Reply form. During the process her daughter ***** who was with her reminded her that she would not be able to return the mattress to our store which ***** replied thats ok i really like this mattress it will be fine. I got a call a week later from ***** stating she didn't like the mattress and wanted to return it which i replied she all ready understood that the mattress could not be returned to our store. I told her also that Snap Finance owns her mattress and sold it to her and to give them a call to resolve any matters with them. According to her agreements with snap finance she does have the right to return the mattress to SNAP FINANCE as they are the owner of the mattress. So all *************** needs to do is call snap and work that out with them like i all ready suggested to her that she do. This complaint really has nothing to do with our store but everything to do with *************** and snap finance i'm sure after dealing with snap finance for over 7 years now they will come to some type of  resolution for **************
