    My stereo receiver was shipped to Autotronics of Queens at ***************************************************************************** for repairs. Autotronics of Queens returned the item via ***** to the *** store. I was told that they receive deliveries from all shipping companies, which seemed safe for me because I work fulltime, live alone and was afraid porch pirates would steal the receiver if it arrived when I wasn't at home. *********** provided proof that the receiver was shipped and was received and signed for at the *** store. But employees deny having received it.The stereo receiver arrived at the UPS Store #7245 on or around Sept. 6, 2024, documents show. I went looking for the delivery about a week to a week and a half later. The receiver cost me about $350.00. The *** Store employees told me they accept packages from all types of delivery services, not just ***. So, I accepted that as fact. And, believing my item would be safe at the store, I asked that the stereo equipment be sent there. There was not attempt by the *** Stores staff to resolve the issue. Julieska *******, district manager, said she didnt have it and pointed me to ***** for resolution. ***** pointed to the document saying it was delivered to the store and signed for to absolve themselves of all responsibility.

    Hello,
    I would like to amend the respondents of my complaint from the *** store's personnel to a *** corporate entity. I want to change because the District Manager Julieska ******* and the sales clerk I spoke with most likely will simply deny my claim as they did when I spoke with them in the store. I believe an officer at regional or corporate headquarters would give my case more of a fair hearing. I was told to use the case number ********** at telephone number **************; ****************************************************************************.

    We are diligently working on investigating this situation and are actively looking to find this customer's package.

    The investigation is currently ongoing, therefore we do not have a full response for the customer yet.

    We take this matter very seriously, and are in contact ourselves with both *** and ***** to rectify the situation.
