    I returned 3 Aliquippa jackets from my order number US_71567862 using provided return label tracking 1Z74X7339096950973. They were delivered to the stores warehouse on November 26, 2024. At the moment, almost 1.5 months have passed and I still have not received my refund. I called them 10 times, each time they promised me that they would refund me within 24 hours, but they never refund me.

    I purchased a coat from Woolrich in November 2024 and had to return it because it didn't fit. I received an email from Woolrich on 12/5/24 informing me that they received my return and my refund was processed, but today is 12/17/24, and I still have not received my refund. I contacted Woolrich and they said the refund was processed but clearly it hasn't been because I still have not received it. Apparently, the department that handles this is in ***** and the PA office of Woolrich can't even call them to find out why my refund hasn't been processed. It was misleading for Woolrich to send me an email on 12/5/24 stating my refund was processed when it actually wasn't refunded. I would not recommend Woolrich to anyone after this experience and hopefully they will issue my refund soon.
