    I have attached documents about the issue.We had our roof replaced and the contractor used different shingles than what we were quoted. The other main issue is the instructions on the shingles he did use clearly stated that the roof must be vented to avoid moisture issue, that was NOT done and the roof is started falling after 4 years. We have had them do multiple repairs and the last time they came out they said it was our fault for not telling them our attic was insulated. I have contacted them multiple times with no response they will not do anything to correct the failure. We have had another roofer inspection and he said the installation was not done properly and the entire roof will need to be replaced. The cost is significant and we are hoping to find a resolution to a company who has basically falsified the work that we paid for.The cost now is almost double what we paid and is creating a hardship for us we are older and living on a fixed income

    Our company provided all services specified on the contract.  The homeowner had spray insulation in the attic which wasn't applied correctly and we were not notified of.  There were no baffles installed under the spray insulation to provide ventilation.  We were not notified of any roofing issues until 7 years after the work was done.
