    I had a horrible experience at the above store…I ordered a veggie sub for my daughter using her birthday gift card. As you can see above there was no sauce on this sandwich. My daughter is autistic and was unable to eat it. She was highly upset and cried over it. I contacted the store. The young lady who answered the phone offered to remake it, but the store is out of the way and 15-20 minutes away. I was told I could have a refund instead. She came back to the phone and stated if I wanted a refund, I needed to bring the sandwich back. Why should I waste my gas & a half hour plus of my time bc your people can’t follow simple directions. The manager would not speak with me, and my daughter had no dinner. I want this made right. At the very least my entire order should be refunded for the time & inconvenience

    I spoke to ******************, and I apologized to him about the mistake we accidently made.  Yes, we offered ****************** to either remake his order any day or bring back the food so we could refund him. **. ************;came last week to get the same order for free and be happy customer. Please I am kindly requesting you to remove this complaint because it got solve it. Thank you for contacting me.
