    I dropped off about 13 items of clothing to this outgrown shop around September//Oct 2023 ******************************* had me sign a contract to sell items and I would get a percentage. I would call each month to check account on earned money she would say only a small amount sold wait until the season goes by then collect. Her window to collect money on contract is small only the 15th of any month. I called on 6/13/24 after 5 pm to see and collect amount sold she said I sold the business can you come today to collect , I live 1/2 hour away she closed at 6pm I said no she said she would have to pay me not the new owners. I then said I will come Friday 6/14/24 she said her hours are 10:30-4pm, I get there at 10:30 am and waited until 10:40 am called her number no one answered the stores was closed - no way to conduct business! 6/14/24 2pm I called her I told her to send me a check she said I do not have to do anything for you she raised her voice at me and said the store wasnt open on time she had too much too do and the new owners would pay me and slammed down the phone! Now I have two different answers from her I believed she scammed me out of payment ,took my items to sell , was unprofessional and rude to me, doesnt follow her rules on her hours, only because I called to come in to pick up my money is how I found out she sold the business, this organization should go after her she has my contract she kept on file and pushes people off to wait to come in, how many other people has she done this to? I heard she is opening up a new business totally different I would never deal with her ever again!!! Please help. She owes me $13.20 not not but its the principal of how she treated me , I am a customer that made her money.

    First I would like to thank BBB for reaching out and for giving the business the opportunity to respond to this False complaint. First of all, This person ******************* have submitted a false claim that is far from the truth. She brought a total of 6 items to the store to cogsign NOT 14 items like she claims. Out of those 6 items, only 3 items sold. After dropping her items off at the end off 2022 we never heard from her again until now 2024 that's almost 2 years. suddenly, she decided call to check on her account after almost two years to see if she had sold anything. she was informed that she had $13.20 in her account. she replied that she was coming to get the money the next day. I specifically told her that I had to leave at 4:00 PM so she would have to come before 4:00 PM and she agreed to come around 3:30. The next day she decided to show up at the store  in the morning at 10:00 AM and that was not the time we agreed on. I had something to do in the morning  and was running late for opening time which is normally 10:30. Again, ************** and I only agreed to meet at the store before 4:00 Pm. she took it upon herself to show up at 10:00 AM and because the store was not opened at that time she became upset and decided to call the store when I arrived. She cursed at me  for not being at the store at 10:30 AM. she was acting  irrational, rude, and with an entittled attitude. she would not let me speak so I terminated the call because  as a busines owner I do not have to tolerate insults from this person or any other costumer. She was told to pick up the money at the time we both agreed and she did not complied with the agreement, it's is not my fault or the business fault. We run on our own schedule not on her time. After her insults over the phone, the next day she did't have the guts to show her face so she sent her husband to pick up the money.  The money was given to her husband and the new store owner was a witnesses to the transaction. We have proof of payment, proof of how may items she brought in to consign and proof of the items she sold. Everything is recorded in the computer system.  Also, we have  the contract she signed in which we require all consignors to agree with our policies but she didnt followed any of our policies.  In her complaint she states she wants a refund , Again! we have proof of payment and now she's trying to double dip. Her claims are completely False! This company does not owe anything to this individual, she had been paid in full and is no longer welcome to this Business.!!  Thank you.
