    I scheduled an ACLS/BLS recertification class with this provider for Monday February 17, 2025 and paid $200 via their online process. I was ill and had to cancel and reschedule this class. I also paid for the rescheduled class online as well. I had written an email to the owner/instructor about being ill. He wrote me back and said he would issue me a refund for the missed class as I was ill. I have written him multiple times as well as spoken to him on the phone regarding my refund. He stated on the phone had submitted the $200 refund to my bank. That was on February 24, 2025. To date no refund has been issued to me or my bank account. He is ignoring my emails at this point as well. He did say in one email that its against policy to refund for a missed class and said ( after saying hed issue the $200 in a email and over the phone)but he could refund $100 as a courtesy . I refused that offer as I want the entire amount I paid. If he as owner can break policy to pay me half he sure can pay me the entire monies I paid of $200. He is ignoring my emails at this point and I want my money back that he promised to refund me in full. This is bad business and theft in my opinion.
