      On July 31, 2024 I ordered an Arris G36 Cable Modem for $296 from ****** because it was highly recommended by my **************** Provider; **************** I received it and immediately installed it in my home and despite it being Gigahertz rated and me having a 2 Gigahertz connection from ******* I immediately noticed that I was't getting 2 Gigahertz wired to the Arris G36 Modem despite the fact that ******* measured over 2 Ghx speed into my home.I decided I needed a Mesh System to help push my wifi signal throughout my home and purchased a Eero 6e that is also Gigahertz rated and wired it to my Arris G36 Modem. Which helped a little, but even the wired speediest via the Eero system was showing 50% of the speeds promised.I contacted Arris on numerous occasions and even had them speak to the Senior ******* Technician and the Arris Tech Support continued to tel us that it the problem was all in *******'s court. ******* even made the Arris recommended changes to their signal and still I wasn't receiving the correct speed through their G36. At this point the Arris Tech Support person told me that the G36 device I had just purchased was defective and that they would need to send me a new modem and proceeded to ask for my credit card to charge for the new modem because the original was defective. I reluctantly agreed and they offered to send the new equipment out with expedited shipping for no extra charge...I received the new modem a week later and immediately installed it and received 2.4 Gigahertz speeds.All in all I spent ************************************************************************************************************************* addition to purchasing an Eero 6e Mesh System for $379 that ended up not being needed because the cause was the defective Arris G36 Modem.I'm out $1,500 in time and equipment because of Arris' defective modem and not even an apology was given.

      I returned an ****** ** ****** to their Mt. Juliet location on Sept, 23 2023 via ***** (tracking number ************) I received an email stating the shipment was received on September 27, 2023 and that someone would be in contact with me as soon as it was inspected (within 10 days) on October 16, 2023 I received an email stating the ****** had functional damage and I would be charged the full retail price on 1199.99. I was charged on Tuesday for this device on Tuesday October 17, 2023 and was told the device was lost and there are no records of the damage available. I have multiple attempts to contact their offices and with no response I am writing this email. There are multiple other people stating on multiple forums of the same experience. I am requesting that you look into this matter as it appears there is fraud/theft going on internally at this location. The phone I sent back was inspected by my local Xfinity store and they printed the shipping label and shipped it. The devices have to be icloud unlocked and factory reset to return which leaves them free and clear to be stolen and resold. Intentionally providing false information for financial gain is fraud and I would hope you take this email seriously and investigate internally, I can be reached at area ************
