*** took the contract to renovate my home April of 2023 through the bank 203k program being referred to me by 203k consultant. During a few months of 2023 he got paid 80k to do work getting the consultant to write up extra work that was not performed. From my calculation based on the estimate and actual work performed, he was overpaid by 38k. They did not perform any work for a whole year leaving me without a home since there was no running water or electricity and chose to do the easy work, sanding drywall, trims, installing doors and flooring installation while the big items under the finishes were not done and quit the job after draining majority of the bank's budget leaving very little to finish the home. I still have no home to live in and have been paying a large mortgage in the process causing a huge financial hole as a result and I may now lose the home. I have a 53 page report detailing it all that is too big to upload.
