I paid the amount of $***** to have a new Air Temp furnace installed on 11/09/2023. After installation I called and advised that the furnace was making a loud banging noise not even a week after installation. Tech came out and stated the he will change a wire to have the furnace blow longer to prevent the banging noise. I then requested that the tech change the wire back while he was here because the furnace was blowing more cool air. The tech said he didn't change the wire. He then called and said after following up with the manufacturer tech department there is nothing wrong with the furnace. I then call the manufacturer who keeps a record of all calls and was advised that the tech didn't call. I left several messages with the the companys call center and requested the owener contact me, no contact was made. The manufacturer then stated that there is something wrong with the heat exchanger and advised I would need to get a tech out to look at it. Again I called the company with no return response. The only response I received was within the second week advising that there is nothing wrong with the furnace via text. I basically paid ***** for a new furnace that now has to be removed and new one installed and company will not call me back.

My tech went out to the customers house found her outside unit had a bad compressor. He told her that we could save her money if she went with a Bryant/Payne brand unit because that’s what she currently had. The reason why we saved her money is because she did not have to change her indoor coil since it was the same brand it was a direct match. We emailed her a invoice went over everything including brand she was getting and she paid half down just like every other customer we deal with. She was aware of what she was getting and we made sure she knew the brand. She stood in the yard while my installers were unboxing the unit and they told me she told them that she was happy we were able to find a Bryant/Payne that matched so it saved her money. She was fine with everything until it was time to pay the remaining balance then she turned into a totally different person. I called to see what the problem was and she was very verbally abusive to me and my staff. I tried talking to her and she just cussed and swore at me. I’ve never had a customer act like this we provide great services and treat our customers great if we didn’t we wouldn’t be in business and have as good of a reputation as we do. Thank you for reaching out but we have done nothing wrong and I would like you to resolve this issue and remove this complaint.
