    I ordered pants from this store which costed me ******. In which the item was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. I reached out to both ***** and Vampire Freaks for a resolve only to be told that basically "oh well" I did not spend this kind of money only to be dismissed by the store and the carrier of MY ITEM. I no longer wish to do any business with this company. I no longer want the pants, I only want a refund!

    This item was marked as delivered from the carrier with photo proof that it was delivered to the address provided. As stated from the customer the showed the proof of delivery and if the package was stolen, they also showed proof that we corresponded with the customer that they should make a claim with the carrier along with making a police report for mail theft. I have not received any documents from the customer that they made either the claim or the police report. Due to not purchasing shipping protection there is little we can do without the customer initiating the claim and report.
