    On June 4 2025, I visited Sparkle Nails and Spa- 731 PA-************************** , with my 12-year-old daughter and my toddler daughter. I have been a loyal customer at this salon for over four years, but this experience was deeply upsetting and physically harmful.I was serviced by a technician named ***** ******, who was unprofessional, rough, and verbally degrading. He skipped several basic procedures that are standard for any nail appointment:No hand washing before or after the service No lotion or cuticle oil No cuticle care No courtesy or communication Throughout the appointment, he smacked, tapped, and jerked my hands around, showing visible irritation. The stiletto nails he applied were so extremely sharp that they cut him twice during the service, which he blamed on me. Instead of modifying the nail shape or taking responsibility, he became increasingly aggressive and angry.When he finished the service, he walked away without a word, leaving me sitting there confused. I had to get up and wash my hands on my own. While washing, I realized that one of the nails had already cut the middle finger on my right hand, and shortly after, I also found a cut on the left side of my body from trying to move normally with these dangerously pointed nails.Outside the salon, I couldnt even lift or buckle my toddler daughter into her car seat safely. I had to walk next door to *********** and purchase a nail file just to dull the points enough to function. Attached are:Photos of my nails, showing the extreme length and sharpness, comparison photo of my daughters nails, which were done properly by another technician at the same salon This was not only a horrible experienceit was dangerous and careless, especially in the presence of children.I am requesting:A formal written apology from the salon A full refund for my portion of the service A review and possible disciplinary action regarding ***** ******* behavior and technical ability
