    On 3/01/2023 I dropped my truck off at the Meineke Car Center on ****************  Sinking Spring. The service paid for was to take off the current tires and put on a set of 4 tires. I called before I dropped my truck off and was told by an employee there would be no issues putting on the tires. I got a call to come pick up my truck and was told by the owner they scratched my wheels in the process. All 4 of my wheels have multiple deep cuts in them from their tire machine. He then told me “he shouldn’t have done it in the first place” and was instantly extremely rude. I got quoted 900 dollars from a wheel repair shop for the repair. The owner proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to help me with repairing my wheels or resolving the situation. I paid 139.37 total for the service. I now have damaged wheels and a costly repair.
