    Starting in the summer of 2021 am evicted bug and rat infested trailer was starting to be cleaned up and then left to rot and bring bus into multiple homes. Bugs as in roaches. Terminex and other bug killers were hired for multiple homes and we all have had to spend hundreds of dollars on bug repellents or killer. In the 10 years we have lived here we have never had this issue. They have climbed out of our pipes and the park owners have neglected to remove the trailer which had brought more bugs , stray animals and is an eye sore. I have children and many others do as well an we want our home safe and clean which we are not getting. Basic clean water and bug free homes shouldn't be a luxury. We are all tired of paying for the extermination of these nasty bugs and nobody handling the situation. It should be removed for safety hazards by the state due to the fact the home owners didn't have plumbing for years there is trash and feces in the entire home and we forced to leave for a childs health safety.

    To address the above complaint, ?rst no address was provided for the mobile home in ques??on, we assume it to be Lot #**.  The mobile home on Lot #** was abandoned on or about August 24, 2022.  The title was never surrendered to Apex Valuation Services, Property Management Division upon the former owner vacating the mobile home.  Said mobile home went to Franklin County Tax Sale and was sold at Repository Sale on January 10, 2023. The buyer and current owner is ********* ********** of **** ******** ******, Carlisle, PA *****. Every e?ort has been made by us to contact her to resolve the issues stated in the complaint or to remove the mobile home from the park.  To date, she has not responded to any of our e?orts.   We understand *** **********’s concerns, however, since the mobile home does not currently belong to Apex Valuation Services, Property Management Division, we are not legally permitted to have it removed at this ??me.  We are currently working with the local Magistrate O?ce in an e?ort to bring legal action against ********* **********, so that we may get the mobile home removed from the park.  In the past 3+ years that we have managed the park, the current owners have made several major improvements, including but not limited to, clean-up/removal of a few abandoned or poorly maintained homes.  

    Additionally, *** ********** never contacted us with her concerns. We have treated the area numerous times for rodents, pests, bugs, etc.  We have at our own expense, upgraded the water system and are always within compliance with DEP.

    It is our ultimate goal to maintain a clean, safe living environment for all of our tenants, but some projects take more time and patience than others.
