    On June 23, 2025 I had brought my mom to The Good Feet store located in ************ pa. My mom has been having problems with her feet from plantar fasciitis. She was in a lot of pain so I thought we would go in and see how they could help. While my mom did a couple laps around the store with the inserts she thought everything felt good. The next day she wore them for hours and she said she was in terrible pain. She did have a podatrist appointment and her podatrist looked at the padding/inserts inside and told my mom to take them out because they will cause areas to her feet. He also told her this wasn't the only patient who had went there and had issues. He told my mom the inserts werent even the correct size for her feet. So, after that my mom went to the store upset and told them she wanted the refund not for the sneakers but for the inserts that were placed in her shoes. The lady told her there were no refunds but would resize her and exchange them. My mom told her again that her doctor told her not to wear the shoes with those inserts because they will only damage her foot more. The doctor also agreed to write a letter stating she is not allowed to wear them and what his concern is if it comes to that. Again, I am not looking for the money back on the shoes just the inserts that prove to be inadequate and damaging.

    We are always willing to work with the customer. The ********************** manager has reached out to the customer on 7/20 @ 3 in the afternoon and left a VM. Please have the customer return to the ********************** with her supports and any other items that are unopened for a refund. Thank you.
