    I seeking help with return of my keys to my home. The cleaning company was allowed access to the home when not home to complete work. I cancelled my services several months and was berated on the phone and online. I have left several messages asking for return of my keys. I am trying to avoid the police.

    ******** ****** (**) signed a contract on August 12, 2023 for Weekly Maintenance Cleanings (2 CLEANERS 1 HOUR $100.00 PER VISIT) which took place on August 15, 22 and 29, 2023.  She originally was offered a Deep Clean package but chose to go with the maintenance package due to budget constraints.  At no time did ** ever complain about services.  The services she claims weren't completed in her BBB complaint are not included in her package but a simple phone call to the office could have easily rectified the situation.  Instead ** decided to go on a full on online attack on our company which was brought to my attention after several clients reached out to me with the evidence.  Her key was returned exactly as it was explained to her "via certified mail".  We respectfully asked her to remove the postings as they contained multiple false claims.  She refused so we have no choice but to take action against these defamatory claims.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I had reported not only concerns with the quality of the cleaning to the scheduling manager - I reported damage had been done to my decorative window. Per their website the items I indicated issue with ARE included in their maintenance cleaning. Furthermore, I was mailed a house key to someone else’s house. When I reached out to “*****” and her lawyer via email to notify them that they sent me the wrong house key I got a response that further communication needed to be done through “my lawyer”. So clearly they have no intention of “doing the right thing” or “making things right”. I have had to have my locks changed and have suffered considerable irritation and inconvenience due to their unprofessional conduct in this matter.

    They took $325 payment for a deep clean that didn’t happen Let me start off my staying the general manager who oversees Nepa area is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Here is exactly why I would never hire this company if you plan on doing a deep clean! My 74 year old father is selling his home and moving to out of state to live with me(his daughter) August 9th-My Dad emptied the house completely August 10th- cleaners came and did the “deep clean” my dad contracted them for. Charging him a $325. Realtor stopped in to sign off on the cleaning and assumed it was a surface clean. Since they did clean, but didn’t do a deep clean which was on the contract August 11th-professional photographer came and said the floors were so sticky after they dried. Walls were not cleaned(included in contract) Moldings were not cleaned(included in contract) Window sills were not cleaned(included in contract) Ceiling fans were not cleaned(included in contract) The purpose of the deep clean was so we can list the house for sale! My Dad was in the process of moving across the US to get to his new location. Once I made him away that it wasn’t clean he called the general manger on august 15th. No response back. August 18th-call to the general manager. No response August 18th- I texted the general manager and showed him the pictures. He said he would look into it and call my dad that evening. No call Now today August 22nd I sent him a follow up text, he calls and doesn’t even realize who he was calling. I asked him if he remembered our text conversation and he said no: I tried to recap and he was so arrogant and completely dismissive. He wouldn’t even give me the chance to explain or speak. He called me a liar and told me he didn’t believe those photos were real. He literally laughed during our conversation and told me he would never refund me because I was a liar.

    The person complaining did NOT have anything to do with this transaction or service.  On July 13, 2023 *************************** contacted our company about a Deep Clean.  That same day a quote was sent and ************** accepted the quote with a signature and a $50.00 deposit.  Service initially was scheduled for August 1, 2023 but was subsequently moved to August 10, 2023 without penalty.  We performed the service on August 10, 2023 and a walk through was conducted after service was complete.  The "DEEP CLEAN" form was filled out and signed and the job was marked complete.  I have attached the signed document.As per our agreement a walk through is required. On that same day ************** left us a 5 STAR ****** REVIEW (see attached).    We dispute any statement that claims that we were called BEFORE August 18, 2023.  We have documentation of all call activity.  On August 18, 2023 we received a call about this clean (8 days after initial clean).  Person complaining says they spoke with a a General Manager and references a male.  Our General Manager is female so we dispute that as well.  Service was performed exactly as ordered and customer was satisfied and left a glowing 5 star review.  This complaint is preposterous, defamatory and exploitive.
