    I ordered Curb Side Pick up. I received a text it was ready. Because I have 2 jobs, clinicals and go to school I depend on this to be prompt. It was me and 1 other car when I got there. I waiting 40 minutes and no one brought my merchandise to the car. Again there was me and 1 other care waiting. I could understand if they were inundated and I was waiting my turn. Because I had to go to work at the hospital I called into ***** and let them know I had to leave. When I got back to my job I looked and was going to cancel my order. They marked it as "picked up" I called and asked why they marked it that way and they said oh we put you stuff on the side for when you can come back and pick it up. I said what if i want to cancel this now. they said I have to come to **** club and ask for a refund. I said with what?????. I never got the merchandise and you all marked it picked up so you didn't get in trouble for making a customer wait so long they had to go. I went into **** club and they said they can't give me a refund without merchandise. This is after making a special trip that i DID NOT have time to make. 1 other car and me and NO ONE from the Pick up service showed there head. for 40 minutes. nothing. I want this marked as NOT picked up and canceled with my money refunded. This was terrible customer service. I realize I am just 1 person and I don't matter money will come from other people but WOW. To lie and say I picked up something I did not because of ***** failure to meet their part of the deal is beyond words
