    I took my car to this edtablishment to be repaired in October of 2024. It is now the last week of January 2025 3 months later and my car is still there not repaired. In those 3 months he reached out to me 1 time. I have made multiple calls and got one excuse after another, when he answered the phone. I called multiple times today and doesn't answer my calls.

    We a automatic excellence installed a duel clutch set in the vehicle upon installation we discovered there was internal transmission problems at that time I informed her of this I then ordered a used transmission for the vehicle the transmission had a problem I then towed the vehicle to ******* for program it worked fine at the time I gave the vehicle back to the customer she had a problem with it I then sent it back to dealer to check program the dealer informed me that it was internal I then contacted my supplier it took 3.5 weeks for them to find and send a new transmission the new transmission arrived finally and is now in vehicle and is currently going back to dealer for a new program I did not charge any labor for the program nor did I charge for 2 tows and I am not charging for new program the transmissions are very problematic and it also bothers me her car is here this long and she did not have the money at the time and I was going to take payments she has since paid in full when she picked up the vehicle I was not expecting problems withe the replacement transmission but un fortunately there was now we have another transmission in the vehicle and is getting program but it took 3.5 weeks for replacement and 5 days at dealer unfortunately I am at the mercy of things out of my control but when they are in my control I am acting as quickly as I can I am expecting the vehicle back from dealer on Tuesday and it was 150 in 2 tows and 300 each program I did not charge because this is not how I do business and I do feel very bad for these unforseen problems

    This man has had my car now again 4 weeks today 3/7/2025! I have NOT received any type of communication from him about my car, and the information he provided to you is a LIE! He feels so bad???? So bad that I got no updates no nothing on the status of my car? It did NOT take Hyndai 5 days, he it took ******* 2 days, he left my car sit at ******* for 5 days! I spoke to ******* myself while my car was sitting there for 5 days before he picked it up. If you would like contact ******* to verify MY side of this and how long it took us. How long it took for him to remove my car from them I will gladly give you the phone number!

    I just happend to drive by the edtablishment and my car is still sitting there, it is not at ******* like he stated in his responce, I would appreciate you contacting ******* to verify this so you can see that he is lieing. You can reach ******* at ************ and select the promot for service. They can also verify that he left my car there for 5 days it did not take them 5 days to provide the last service

    He claimed my car was at ******* getting programed, this is my car still sitting at his establishment where it's been since Friday when he claimed it was at Hyundai!

    Today is Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The business claimed in their report on Friday the car would possibly be finished today. He also stated the car was at ******* to be programmed, which is a lie; the car is still not at *******; it has been sitting on his lot in the same place since last Wednesday. It has been over 4 weeks that he has my car, and I still have not heard anything from him. He claims to feel so bad but has not reached out to me with any kind of information or update as to the status of my car!! I would really like to know when you are going to do something about this situation because it has been almost 6 weeks since I contacted the BBB. I would appreciate an update from you as well, because I feel as though the BBB is not doing anything to fix the situation. Sending hom emails is not going to cure the situation. If that is the cure, please inform me as to how it works. Or it could be because I was not informed at all how the process works by the person assigned to my case.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I got my car back and it worked for one week! I got it on Wednesday the 19th of March and on the 27th of March it was not working again!!! I currently am not in posession of my car since yesterday morning and have NOT heard from **** at all once again!! My next step is going to be filing a complaint against the BBB because NOTHING is being done to correct the situation!

    February 21, 2023. I had brought my truck to this business because the transmission was not working. The owner who's first name is **** told me it needed a shift solenoid and quoted me a price of $500.00 for the part and labor. I agreed to have the work done. 2 days later he called and told me the truck was ready for pickup. I went to get it and the bill was $467.00. I paid cash and when I went to leave the truck was doing the same exact thing as before so i went around the block and brought it back to **** explaining it was doing the same exact thing. He had me leave and a couple weeks later I went to his shop and he informed me that I needed a transmission rebuild or replacement. He then told me he had a used transmission he could sell me for $300.00 plus $1100.00 labor to switch it out. 2 weeks later he called and I went to pick up the truck. I paid him $900.00 on my credit cards, plus I gave him a **** Pontiac grand prix gxp in trade for the $500.00 balance. I took the truck for a ride and it appeared to be working fine. As I was loading the truck on my trailer to tow it home I noticed transmission fluid leaking from below the transmission line. ****'s mechanic told me it was overflow. I took the truck home and the next day notice it was leaking worse. I called him and **** told me to bring it back. I took it back and he had it another 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up he charged me $701.00 for new transmission lines. I paid again in cash and credit cards. This was March 7,2023. Sunday I was driving down the Rd and the truck just went to natural and now I have no gears, forward or reverse. I haven't notified the garage as of yet because I'm tired of being charged ridiculous prices for work that should have been included. Now I'm out $2,700.00 and still cannot drive my truck. When the truck went to natural while driving it had never slipped and is still full of fluid.

    My computer has been down  Sorry for the Hand written letter.  As far as ****** ******  He came to my Shop asking if I would change a solenoid for him that he was told a solenoid would fix his problem  I informed him that I would change the solenoid  But it may not fix his problem 

    He told me he would take the risk that he didn't have The money to do the Job correctly (4600.00) when the Solenoid was changed I called him and told him it did not correct his Problem. I had a used Transmission that worked and I could sell it to him  we came to an agreement and I put the transmissin in his truck and Informed him he needed cooling lines  he said he didn't have the money and he can do it himself.  He ran the Truck out of fluid and then brought it back to me to do the repair on the cooling lines  I told him he more than likely Did Damage to the transmission  He said he did not drive it far but it was 8 qt low  and did damage to it.  Also After that he did not let me Know or tried to come back for me to have the chance to make things right after he knew it was leaking and ran it out of fluid
